Is CONNECT available everywhere?

Yes!  Connect enrollment is open to anyone in any time zone, in any country. All live virtual events are recorded so they can be accessed at any time. 

What if I don’t have a lot of time?

I purposefully made CONNECT accessible for everyone no matter what your schedule looks like. The membership is self guided, so you can go at any pace that feels comfortable to you. There may be times when you’re more engaged, or times when you need some space to reflect. The content will always be available to current members, and you’re empowered to connect when it’s best for you.

I’m undiagnosed, can I still join?

Absolutely! CONNECT is designed for all neurodivergent adults, whether newly realized or diagnosed as a kid. (Self-diagnosis is welcome.)

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your CONNECT membership at any time. Please note: Founding Members who cancel their membership will lose their “founding member status” and the lifetime founding member rate. Founding members who cancel are always welcome back at a later time, but their original status will not be re-issued and cancellation forfeits the lifetime founding member rate. Once founding membership enrollment has closed, it will not re-open again and the monthly rate may increase and founding members who cancel will not be able to get the original rate back in the future.

How does billing work?

You’ll be billed at the beginning of each month. Or, if you choose to buy the yearly (which does include a discount of 2 months free!) you’ll only be billed for the full amount once per year. Refunds will not be given but you may cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel, you will still have access to CONNECT through the end of that month or year depending on the plan you chose. You will lose access once billing is discontinued.
